1.The WGB Name and Emblem
The names, images and logos identifying Women Going Beyond may be subject to copyright, design rights or trade mark rights. These trademarks may not be copied or reproduced in any way without the consent of the relevant owners. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trademark, design right or copyright of WGB. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
2. The WGB Web Site
The WGB Web Site is provided by WGB for personal use and educational purposes only.
You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the content except for non-commercial personal or educational use. Any other use of the content requires the prior written permission of WGB. Requests for permission should be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying full details of the proposed use. All Content of the WGB Web Site is protected by law including, as applicable, copyright laws.
The use of particular designations of countries or territories does not imply any judgment by WGB as to the legal status of such countries or territories, of their authorities and institutions or of the delimitation of their boundaries. The mention of names of specific companies or products (whether or not indicated as registered) does not imply any intention to infringe proprietary rights, nor should it be construed as an endorsement or recommendation on the part of WGB.
WGB disclaims any liability or responsibility arising from the use of the WGB Web Site or the Content of the WGB Web Site. TWGB, members of their staff, and their contractors, shall not be liable for any financial or other consequences whatsoever arising from the use of the Content of the WGB Web Site, including the inappropriate, improper, or fraudulent use of such Content.
No representations or warranties of any kind concerning the WGB Web Site are given, including responsibility for any infection by virus or any other contamination or by anything, which has destructive properties.

The WGB Web Site may contain links to third party websites. Any such links are provided solely as a convenience to you. Neither the inclusion of any such links nor the reference to any products, services, or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise constitutes or implies endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by WGB.
WGB does not assume any responsibility or liability in respect of such web sites, including, for example, responsibility or liability for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on those web sites.
4. Working Papers
The WGB Web Site may contain Working Papers or discussion drafts of WGB Policy Papers. Comments and responses are welcome, but these should in all cases be addressed directly to WGB and not uploaded to the WGB Web Site. These documents are provided by WGB as a contribution to discussion on important issues affecting children and families, and to assist WGB by broadening and deepening the range of the consultations engaged in by the Organization. Such documents do not represent the Organization's definitive position on the issues covered and are not to be represented as such. Working papers may not be quoted or otherwise used outside the WGB Web Site.
5. Interactive Parts of the WGB Web Site
The WGB Web Site may contain bulletin boards, chat rooms, access to mailing lists or other message or communication facilities. The user agrees, when taking advantage of such facilities, not to do any of the following: (a) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal, moral, or human rights of others (such as rights of privacy and publicity); (b) publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information; (c) upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy) unless the user owns or controls the rights thereto or has received all necessary consents; (d) upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer; (e) delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded; (f) falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded; (g) advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests, or chain letters; or (h) download any file posted by another user that the user knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner. WGB reserves the absolute right to delete any material posted to the WGB Web Site without notice to the user.
WGB accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of the conduct of any user in connection with such facilities, or for any material submitted by users and carried on the WGB Web Site including, for example, responsibility or liability for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made in such material.
6. Copyright Infringement Notice
WGB respects copyright and other intellectual property rights and expects all WGB Web Site users to do the same. If you are a copyright holder, or its agent, and believe that any copyrighted material on the WGB Web Site infringes your copyrighted work, please email us at email@example.com
When providing this notice, please include as much detail as possible. WGB will work to identify the allegedly infringing material and, if necessary, will take reasonable steps to remove or disable access to such material.
Any Site user may become a donor (“Donor”) by pledging a donation to WGB through the donation tools on the WGB Web Site. You may make such payment via credit card/debit card or through Stripe and PayPal widgets available on the WGB Web Site at https://www.womengoingbeyond.org/donate
You acknowledge and agree that you are under no obligation to become a Donor or to pledge a donation and that you will be solely responsible for any decision to become a Donor.
You understand that your contribution is being made to WGB and that WGB has exclusive legal control over all donations. In the event that you make a donation pledge, you may be required to provide credit card or other payment information at the time of the pledge.
You represent and agree that all payment information you provide to WGB or WGB’s third party service providers will be true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will update such payment information as necessary to maintain such information as true, accurate, current and complete. In the event that your payment cannot be processed due to inaccurate payment information, insufficient funds, or any other reason, you agree to immediately provide WGB with alternative payment information to fulfill your donation pledge.
We retain control over your Donation and that your Donation may be used for administrative, governance and program activities including, but not limited to: (i) hiring tutors, (ii) hiring local translators, (iii) education, training, and management, (iv) buying school supplies, (v) buying books, (vi) buying computers for classrooms, and (vii) general program and informational outreach or any other activity consistent with the mission of the WGB.
All Donations are final unless exceptional circumstances are proven. In the event of false use of your credit or debit card or PayPal account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may donate money to WGB through a variety of online payment sites, including Stripe and Paypal (“Payment Providers”). We only use Payment Providers we know and trust, however, when you use the Payment Providers your personal information, including your credit card information, is handled by the Payment Provider and according to their respective privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to read and understand these before you donate.
9. WGB Store
Please note that the WGB store is run by a third party vendor. We are not responsible for, and we do not control the operations of, the WGB store.
The Warehousing and Fulfillment Services are owned and operated by Printful Inc. ("Printful"). By providing the Warehousing Services, Printful receives and stores inventory on the WGB's behalf. Printful will prepare the inventory ("Products") for shipment directly to the WGB's customers ("Customers") upon instructions by the WGB. Printful receives and processes Customer exchanges and returns.
9.1 The Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, images, descriptions and prices of the Products are accurate and correct at the time of their entry and upload onto the Website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where information has been uploaded to the Website incorrectly, including prices and product descriptions.
9.2 Placing your order
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order on the WGB Web Site for the Products you wish to obtain by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Web site. The submission of an order is your offer to buy the Products. You will have the opportunity to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.
We will send to you a timed and dated acknowledgement email detailing the Products you have ordered. As your Products will be dispatched from our third party warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
All prices on this Website are in Euro and may change at any time. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate, where relevant. The price you will pay is the price shown at the time of your order, unless we inform you of a pricing error. In the case of a pricing error your contract will be cancelled and we will not process your order, but will endeavor to inform you as soon as we can. Offers or discounts may be withdrawn by us at any time.
You can pay for Products using a debit / credit card or PayPal.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective Products must be submitted within 4 weeks after the Product has been received at email@example.com. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
sealed goods such as but not limited to face masks, which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
